Only when you have an issue with a printer and / or the software.

Drop an e-mail to one of the "assistance" e-mail addresses of the reference branch, or directly open a case from the web, specifying the printer and the issue; one of our operators will contact you

You will fix an appointment between your machine operator and one of our technicians to start a remote assistance. You will need to give us the mobile number of your operator who will be on the machine to be guided by our technician in solving the issue.

Appointments will be scheduled taking your local time zone into consideration

On the day set for the remote session, your operator will receive a text message on his mobile phone with the link from which to download the Sightcall Visual Support app and the link to connect with our technician who will be able to see on his screen everything that will be shown live from your operator via smartphone
