SATK0117 - Sales Account Representative
Responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales to grow MS business in Turkey. Work with the target to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience.
MAIN ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and potential customers through a relationship-based approach.
- Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
- Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and potential customers in the assigned territory to generate new business for the organization’s products.
- Researches sources for developing potential customers and for information to determine their potential.
- Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and potential customers.
- Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
- Analyses the territory/market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customer value to the organization opportunities.
- Participates in trade shows and conventions.
- = 7 years of proven work experience as a Sales account manager or Sales account executive.
- Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented.
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
- BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field.
