TechServ17 - Technical Service Support Manager
Within the R&D Department, the Technical Service Support Manager is the first interface and connection between R&D and Service departments. He/She will be responsible to provide technical expertise and solutions to the team of Service (Commissioning & Assistance), Sales and ultimately to our customers in maintaining all required quality assurance programs.
Main activities and responsibilities
- Interact with Service team to implement and meet customer requirements and expectations.
- Research and provide technical solutions through a continuous dialog with Field Service Technicians from one side and with Mechanical, Electrical or SW Engineers from the other one.
- Interface directly with customers providing clarification and interpretation of specifications, test procedures and product analysis.
- Keep a constant reporting activity.
- Visit the main customer to give the adequate solutions and finding opportunity to develop new business from business.
- Learn about products updates and new Technologies.
- Have good analytical skills to diagnose problems quickly
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be sensitive to varying levels of technical competency in clients and the pressures clients may be under while working with faulty equipment
- Ability to work as team player
- Organizational skills
- Fluent English
- Proven working experience in technical support area or Service
